What can we track?
Anything your agency requires. You define the compliance items, each with its own renewal period and the job titles that need it: licenses, certifications, TB tests, trainings, background checks, driver's license and auto insurance, or something only your agency asks for.
How long does setup take?
Import your existing tracker, set requirements per job title and turn on reminders. The first reminders can go out the same day.
Do my employees need an account or an app?
No. Every reminder and onboarding email carries a private link. Staff open it on their phone, take a photo of the document and tap send.
What if a document is filed wrong?
You choose: approve every document yourself, or let clear ones file on their own. Anything uncertain waits for you with the reason shown, and any filing can be corrected.
Can reminders come from our own email address?
Yes. Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox in Settings and every reminder goes out from your agency's own address. Until then, Benson sends them for you with your agency's name, phone and email on every message.
Does Benson sign a Business Associate Agreement?
Yes, for agencies that store protected health information in Benson. Workforce health records held by an agency as an employer are governed by our Data Protection Addendum.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export every record and document as a ZIP at any time, including during the 30 days after cancellation. After that the data is deleted.
